Join our 6th annual Fermentation Festival on Sunday, August 26th, 2018, from 10am-4pm at the Boston Public Market! Like previous Fermentation Fests, this year will be a *free* tour de fermentation composed of dozens of speakers, demos, fermented drinks (read as alcoholic!), scientists and authors. Plus we will have a Makers Marketplace which represents our growing small business fermentation community where you can sample fermented foods & drink. 

One centerpiece of the fest will be our free communal crowd-sourced #KrautMob (sponsored by Boston Organics!) where everyone will be invited to make sauerkraut together under the guidance of local Kraut Mobsters (read as: fermentation experts).
