What is a kraut mob you ask? You've never heard of one? It is a special group of highly skilled artisan fermenting mobsters that organize & lead kraut making DIY demonstrations & workshops.
Our kraut mobs are a chance to learn the basics of fermentation in a simple & low-pressure way from our mafia ranks. They are fun, informative & a bit chaotic!
