During our Fermentation Festival Festival on the Streetcar Speaker Series Stage, we had our first ever competitive pickle-off where creative local chefs & professional picklers will share their secret pickle recipes & stretch the idea of what in fact is a lacto-fermented pickle! The audience had the chance to taste pickles at the same time as the judges voted on their favorite.
